We recommend 20–50 photos for the best results. This allows us to tell a meaningful story without rushing through moments. If you have more or fewer images, that’s absolutely fine, we’ll shape the film around what you provide.

Yes. Old, faded, black-and-white, and scanned photos are all welcome. We carefully restore and enhance each image before creating the film, including colourising black-and-white photographs where appropriate.

Along with the photos, we’ll ask for: • The name of the person • Dates (if you’d like them included) • Any music or song suggestions • A few key notes or memories you’d like reflected in the film This helps us create something personal and respectful.

You’ll receive the finished film within 3–7 days of us receiving the photos and details.
