We developed a clean, character-led 2D animation designed to guide viewers through Qube’s process in a clear and structured way.
The narrative focused on breaking down each stage—from initial consultation through to tenant management and investor returns, using simple, engaging visuals.
Illustration and motion were designed to reflect both the property environment and Qube’s digital tools, including their landlord portal.
Key benefits such as occupancy, compliance and yield management were highlighted through clear transitions, iconography and on-screen messaging, ensuring the information remained easy to follow throughout.
