SG Systems partnered with Gawk Studio to create a clear, engaging explainer video for their V5 Warehouse Management System.
The goal was to simplify a highly detailed software offering, showcasing its features, workflows and benefits in a way that’s easy to understand for potential clients.
THE
PRODUCTION
We developed a 2D animated explainer set within a stylised warehouse environment, bringing SG Systems’ processes to life through character-led storytelling.
The concept focused on showing how operators interact with the system in real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between software functionality and day-to-day operations.
Illustration, animation and UI elements were carefully designed to reflect both the physical warehouse space and the digital interface of the V5 system.
Complex features such as inventory management, order processing and automation, were broken down into clear, digestible sequences, supported by purposeful motion and pacing.
Throughout the film, we balanced technical accuracy with clarity, ensuring the content remained informative without becoming overwhelming.

OUTCOME
We delivered a comprehensive explainer that communicates SG Systems’ offering in a clear and engaging way.
By combining character animation, environment design and UI visualisation, the final film makes complex processes easy to follow, helping potential customers quickly understand the value of the V5 system.
